- update mirror verify-lore help text so --manifest reflects the real default path
- align the compat wrapper wording with the canonical CLI help
- preserve verify-lore execution, lore-dir resolution, manifest resolution, and all CLI/runtime behavior
- verification passed:
- pnpm check
- pnpm vitest run test/mirror-help-surface-boundary.test.ts
… into fix-mirror-status-runtime-truth
