Add serde derive for wrappers and create a new wrapper that combines two wrappers

1. Create an OrdHashableWrapper as shortcut that wraps an item with HashableWrapper then OrdWrapper.

2. As my struct has Rc<T> which is not supported by Abomonation and it uses the wrappers too, the only option is to use serde and derive Serialize and Deserialize for wrappers.
