This PR:

Utilises open source openphi package for isyntax files
Adds a reader ISyntaxReader and a converter class ISyntaxConverter

Note:

Tests are also needed to be added. At the current time of implementation no sample file .isyntax available
This draft PR after changes in package name will need rebase to the latest release
