Issues
What does this solve?
When a user has a process loaded via some automated method, the ADMU will attempt to close that user level process with a new function. This should resolve cases where automated tasks or processes are loaded using the user credentials and have previously prevented the migration from being successful.
Given the case that some process owned by the user is loaded into memory while we attempt to load/ upload/ backup the user registry, this change will attempt to close that process before continuing.
