About the PR
Adds a large number of various new crates to buy from cargo, while also rebalancing a handfull of existing crates
Examples of added or changed crates:
Bulk material crates - same as the regular steel,glass,plastic,plasma crates but just contains 3x the materials.
Department equipment crates - similar to the botony equipment crate but for a handfull of other departments (medical,salvage,engi/atmos and security), intended as a "starter kit" that has all the basic items for the role,
also now grants a way to buy otherwise irreplacable hardsuits, makes it easier to get into those roles if all the slots have allready been taken
Basic Hardsuit crate - Contains a basic hardsuit (exact same kind that is inside the vault fridge), intended as a more expensive upgrade to the regular EVA suit.
Botanical chemicals crate - a relatively expensive crate that contains just about every botony related chem inside it.
Redone Riot gear crate - no longer has the two enforcer shotguns inside of it, gets a pair of security gas masks and tear gas grenades, price reduced
SWAT gear crate - a expensive crate that has bulletproof armor, SWAT gas masks and helmets, shields,
a near unrivaled ammount of balistic protection for station crew, but they are not hardsuits.
Redone Basic armor crate - combined the body armor and helmet crates into a single purchase, replaced the bulletproof vests from it into standard security vests (bulletproof vests are now only from SWAT crates)
Why / Balance
Intended to try and fill in gaps i have noticed in the catalouge,
there are a handfull of items (such as hardsuits) that are currently irreplacable
bulk material crates to make cargo techs lives easier so they dont have to haul as many crates
Technical details
YML, just a lot of YML
most of the new additions have been put into Prototypes\Funkystation\Catalog
but for those changes that havent got apprpriate # Funky station comments inside the code
