Summary
Adds a practice vs on-chain mode toggle chip to the dashboard header controls bar. Users can switch between Practice (vXLM) and On-Chain mode, with the preference persisted to localStorage. Real mode is gated behind wallet connection — disconnecting automatically resets to practice mode.
