fix: ops playbook, status API consistency, and nightly fuzz workflow

Description

Adds operator playbook for archive retention and expired pending winnings reclaim, reconciles status API codes with RuntimeMode, and adds a nightly extended fuzzing workflow.

• Added operator playbook for FIFO archive prune and reclaiming expired pending winnings in DEPLOYMENT_RUNBOOK.md
• Reconciled Status API status codes and RuntimeMode mapping in STATUS_CODES.md
• Added nightly extended fuzzing workflow in .github/workflows/nightly-fuzz-extended.yml and documented in FUZZ_TESTING.md
