All recipes using Bigger AE2's Quantum Cell Component now use Advanced AE's Quantum Storage Component.

All recipes using MEGA Cells' Bulk Storage Component now use Bigger AE2's Digital Singularity Cell Component.

The Digital Singularity Cell Component gets a new recipe, which costs Accumulation Processors, a Vibrant Quartz Glass, and a Spatial Storage Component in addition to Quantum Storage Components. This more closely matches the recipe difficulty of said Quantum Storage Components. Preview of the new recipe:

Finally, the base component cost for Ender Drives cells is increased from a Quantum Storage Component to a Digital Singularity Cell Component as these cells have effectively infinite capacity.

This PR is a draft until I or someone else can figure out a way to make disassembly of Bigger AE2's quantum cells directly give Advanced AE's quantum storage components instead of requiring the player to convert them, ideally without overwriting the corresponding disassembly recipes using event.json(...). If there is no such feasible way, the Quantum Storage Component will instead be unified in favor of Bigger AE2.
