The TODO suggesting a builder step for Rep3/Shamir extensions is outdated.
The current architecture is final: Rep3/Shamir require Network parameters
with lifetime constraints, making direct constructors more appropriate
than a builder pattern. Plain extensions already have convenience methods
since they don't require Network parameters.
