IMHO there are no relevant changes to have need of an update of this package.

Not only agree, but I'd even say there rarely are. I used to check the change logs to see if I should update it, but people began bugging me on email that their package is showing up as outdated on the cloudflare dashboard. I was thinking of creating docs describing the installation process anyway, would it be appropriate to also mention that the package will be updated only on major changes/security fixes to be able to point the users somewhere authoritative and, hopefully, reduce the amount of questions?

We can merge this, when #5570 is solved, as it brings a fix for cloudflared on SRM.
