Looks good to me! Just a couple of small comments.
Additionally, Tom was planning to change our default container to be able to serve both Jupyter and VSCode (and switch between the two with an environment variable at runtime), so we might want to wait until that's done, and make appropriate changes here before we release. Might also be good to get Tom to review.
