User bots and archive

Added pages for user's bots and archived bots

Filtering and pagination

Pages listing bots (dashboard, my bots, and archived bots) now has pagination and can be filtered by date created and status (active or inactive).
Bot details page has separate pagination for existing and suggested 'knowledge' or queries

Refactor

Added fix for issue with spaCy's large corpus (bots/views.py lines 122-127)
Applied permission mixins to views
Fixed templates to properly handle messages
Status toggles now work (actually changes the bot's status)
Removed unnecessary files
