Make logic analog

• This needs to better address the I/O output strength setting. Right now it is ignored in favor of the wire strength. I do not want to break existing setups if it can be helped.
• Some kind of gate to filter signal strengths (>= 10, then output 5)
  • This would also be useful for setting any input strength to a specific strength value within logic
• Some sort of way to see the signal strength of wires in the GUI
