Starting a QA script to post a fresh list of example tweets

As discussed in #9 a week ago, a small script to post a list of fresh tweets, to speed up manual QA.

I didn't succeed in getting place or use profile tweets to work though, but hopefully it is helpful!

It requires the env vars for consumer key and secret, same as the main project. But the access key and secret are optional, and it'll do the oauth dance with you if you leave those out, so then you can ensure you're logged into whatever twitter account you want to suddenly post 6 cryptic tweets.

The 6 cryptic tweets it posts are:

• Text tweet
• Single image tweet (using a placeholder image from picsum.photos)
• Multi image tweet (using placeholder images from picsum.photos)
• Sensitive image tweet (also using a placeholder image from picsum.photos)
• Video tweet (using a google chromecast ad)
• Gif tweet (using a robin hood sketch animation from imgur)

(Using placeholders from online seemed better than hosting them somewhere myself, and should be stable)
