- CI uploads test_report_register_budget_samples CSV output as a build artifact and renders it as a job summary table. - Step is advisory (continue-on-error) so an over-cap result is visible without blocking the job. - Document the new report in CONTRIBUTING.md.
- Add VerificationConfiguredEvent, published by config_verification on successful (one-time) write of attestation/expires_in/threshold. - Document the existing get_verification_config getter in docs/ABI.md and docs/abi.json (was implemented but undocumented). - Add test asserting the event payload/topics and that the getter reflects the configured values. - Note the ABI addition in CHANGELOG.md.
