modify_booster_card context

Adds context.modify_booster_card, which is intended to be a better solution for booster content fixing compared to using take_ownership methods that can cause compatibility issues when multiple mods target the same object(s). This will also allow far less hardcoding in custom booster objects to achieve behavior that changes based on certain conditions (i.e. vouchers)
