To repro: 1. Download `Setup.exe` in https://github.com/gojanpaolo/squirrel-github-mutex/releases 2. Run `Setup.exe` to install `MyApp` 3. `MyApp` should crash with leaked mutex (sometimes it takes a while. just keep the app running and it should happen once you get back to it)
