This should be reverted after SortableJS/Vue.Draggable#1085 is merged and a new release of Vue.Draggable becomes available.

@David-Desmaisons is there any chance to get this merged? Do you still intend to maintain Vue.Draggable in the future? The package looks rather unmaintained with no commits and complete silence for more than one year. |

Resolves #1080 and provides a solution to #743 that doesn't require
ForceFallback.
