Small Minds (Ryan Fleck, Mengxuan Chen,) is a team of uOttawa Computer Engineers. SM is primarily known for the Democracy voting app originally built for IEEE uOttawa's 2021 elections, but has since been used for many elections by other engineering faculty organizations.

Democracy is open source and split into two repositories:
