* nvflash utility should be placed somewhere locatable
* Pathes to configuration files should be defined in command
line
* SBK should be calculated before flashing

List of changes:
* Binaries output moved to "bin" folder
* Objects output moved to "bin/obj" according to their
sources path
* No more need to puts object name, just source file
name should be added to corresponding place (ASM_SRC
for assembler and C_SRC for C sources)
* Reduced output from dd
* Updated "clean" operation
