Description / Motivation

This change aligns Sitecore CLI / Content SDK tooling with the current component-map workflow: import-map.ts is no longer treated as a special tracked exception in .gitignore, so generated .sitecore layout matches how the repo expects maps to be maintained (component maps explicitly un-ignored; import map no longer forced as an exception).
