Properties and logs location

Since version 0.75.0:

Default

• If there's SAGU.properties file present in working dir, use this dir for both properties and logs (i.e. backward compatibility)
• Else use .sagu dir in user's home dir (creates it if doesn't exist)

Custom setting

One can use --properties-dir command line argument to change location of both properties and logs.

Before version 0.75.0:

SAGU uses working directory for properties and logs.
