Silicon Labs Matter GitHub v2.3.1-1.3 GA

This is the v2.3.1-1.3 release of the Silicon Labs Matter GitHub repo. This is a targeted patch with the following updates:

  • Increased the max supported key-value-store entries from 255 to 511.
  • Unify Matter Bridge and Unify Matter PC are moved to new location.
  • Targeted bug fixes and security improvements.
