Bitmask of SetPoint supported mode interpretation was not clear leading to divergent interpretations.
Since all version can be affected, a flag have been made so the end user can activate a quirk for a specific device to use b interpretation.
Action recommended : include the device again.
If not possible : Undefine both reported and desired value of ATTRIBUTE_COMMAND_CLASS_THERMOSTAT_SETPOINT_SUPPORTED_SETPOINT_TYPES
