feat: support selecting a specific plugin version to install

This is great!

"There's plenty of room at the bottom" - slice it to something like 50, so that even with frequent betas the previous actual releases don't fall off? And there's the close cross at top right of the model, might as well drop the footer and the Close button.

The icons add some visual clutter and make the rows higher, for a feature that will be used only infrequently, I think we should figure out something better. Would something like Github's "merge button with options" UI pattern work here?

So a button that you can click directly or open a popup choice. Doesn't need the fancy content that the GH button has, just a choice between Latest and Pick version or smthng like that.

Love it, I was already working on something like this and added it in #2094 to consolidate all the actions. We could easily add a "Install Version…" option in there.
