[Sigma Filters] Fixes a bug in condition matching logic #323

Context

This PR fixes a bug in the condition matching logic when Sigma filters have their condition names replaced to avoid naming collisions.

@thomaspatzke should be good to go, again, will absolutely want to convert the filter conditions into an AST like we do for detection conditions, but for now this fixes the main issue.
