Map focuses on user location rather than service or org location on service and org info page

If you navigate to the an organization info page, like this one for instance, the map will be centered on your location as a user. The expected behavior is for the map to center on the actual organization location. The same holds true for services. See https://sfserviceguide.org/services/90, for example
