ALL CREDITS FOR THIS TOOL GOES TO SANGAWKU! Thanks to him and his team, this release was made possible. He gave me permission to release this tool alongside the TW server which I am still correcting.
You can compile this in VS 2019 or VS 2022. It works right out of the box :)
