NCWL ship fixes

Krechet:

• wrenched the frontal thrusters down
• replaced gyroscope with regular one

Hind:

• fixed the wrong hardpoints on the missile launchers, plus moved them so that the loaders can access both missile launchers on the wings.
• made the 50mm whistlers toggle instead of fire.
• removed the barricade on one of the doors.

Vanguard:

• made the 50mm whistlers toggle instead of fire
• replaced window shutters with blast doors. Added controls to it in the shuttle console.

Lodka:

• replaced the shutters on the frontal windows with blast doors, made the frontal wing railings actually secure, and moved the rear guns a little forward to make loading easier.

Sunder:

• removed the redundant frontal loading deck for a gun that is no longer there, and added more armor. Made the blast doors leading to the side missiles, so you don't have to EVA to reload the guns.
• fixed the 35mm scout guns not being connected to the shuttle console.
• re-added an AME

Ivarod:

• replaced the medium ballistic hardpoints with small ones (50mm whistlers only need small ballistic hardpoints)
• made sure that all frontal 95mm arbalests are connected and renamed the modules, just in case.

Molot:

• Gave molot an extra engine to help with power generation issues

Stern:

• removed the blastdoors to nowhere, just ended up filling them in with more armor
• added lattices below every curved walls, just in case.
• 320mm shells nad coolant removed, added 2x crates of 300mm shells in thier place.
