the drill itself might be changed in the future, to be used for other purposes, etc. This makes it so rn, those drills (Specific to the mining outpost) can't be stolen like CD did last host

what it says on the tin, prevents the drills from being stolen by anyone, so they actually gotta stay on the POI to keep benefiting from it.
