enforce java version: otherwise the project does not compile
on fresh import and "m2e -> enable dependency management"

Hi,

1. The java version is already being set in the build.properties file...
2. We have been using ant to build the eclipse project file and don't have experience with the m2e plugin. Are the changes that adds the section all that is needed to import and build a project with the m2e plugin ?

re: "Are the changes ..." --- yes. this is used by maven build (command line) and m2e plugin (eclipse)
