@cumbersomeamir it's not that uncommon to release code after it's been announced. They are likely untangling it from proprietary code and references.

Plus they are literally committing updates to the repository every few days. And they're marking progress with moon emojis - look at the commits. When they post a full moon, it will be fully released.
