Overview

Breaking change: We have removed the cryptic ^ and ! symbols in configuration file - we now use Shift+ and Ctrl+ instead.
Added Alt+ modifier, and also combined modifiers.

You can now choose between choosing different pads via either tabs, or a drop-down list (better for lots of pads).
