Hi @AndersOlsson-Sekoia, thank you for your contribution.

My main feedback here is not really link to your addition specifically but the all article:
if it's a FAQ article it should answer questions:

  • How is the alert date determined?
  • What does the Bell icon signify?
  • Why are some alerts triggered with a delay?
  • ...
    Regarding yours:
  • How does rate limiting work?
  • How to identify rate-limited events?
  • How to configure Rate Limit notifications?

BUT, for me, regarding the volume of info you have added, it's not really an FAQ, we could have a dedicated article: "Alert Flood Protection" (this title shows the goal of the feature, "rate limitation" can create confusion: "is it a limitation of the feature abilities?") or something like that= how it works, the capacity + link to "Create a notification" article + link to "Notification examples" article with the dedicated example "Alert rate limitation"

(side NOTE: we really have to revamp the alert page article, it is way too lengthy and hence confusing)

What do you think?

Once again, I can deal with it, but I think the best is for you to understand the logic behind my review, so you can at least give me feedback based on your understanding of the product and usage, before we move forward.

Hello @alexane-bougeardbebin-sekoia, I agree with your review comments and findings. I saw a good with with current format which is what you call out, not a typical FAQ format.

Feel free to own the topic and adjust as you deem suitable. Timing wise I want to get this out alongside the client interactions which I currently hope will be kicked off next week.
