Revise installation and configuration details for Sekoia.io Agent

Updated installation instructions and configuration options for the Sekoia.io Agent.

Note: I haven't checked the preview yet. I expect some issues in displaying the markdown (it can be tricky sometimes). you can have a look if you want, but I mainly need your help to make sure I haven't created mistakes when reviewing the file.

Note 2: I haven't exactly followed the template as this is a unalike article. In the best world ever, each Header 2 would become a dedicated article so it become more digestible for a reader or an LLM. BUT it would create a precedent, do you think we could adapt the integration article template to create sections and sub-article instead of 1 massive article? and/or could we make this article an exception and insert it at the tob of the integration doc (under "introduction" as it is our main endpoint and most read article?

Note 3: I haven't reviewed the .md articles included in this file...yet.

Hello @Darkheir,

Can you be more specific? I have only seen 1 broken Note block in the preview.
I am probably missing the other, so a code line number or a screenshot to help we know where the problem lies would be helpful.

Here are the small issues I found:

Tabs are supposed to be on the next line, not one after the other
