Omega_hConfig.cmake replayed find_package for public dependencies without recording where they were found, so with +exodus downstream projects (pcms's test_external_usage) could not find SEACASExodus. Patch bob.cmake to add HINTS from <Name>_DIR to the exported config. Move 11.4.0-scorec to the omega_h master commit that includes #249 and #250 and drop their patches. Keep stand-alone test logs when CI fails.
