…atlib - Point omega-h 11.4.0-scorec at omega_h master (07ec34b), which includes SCOREC/omega_h#198 (r3d::Few strict-aliasing fix), and drop the local r3d-few-strict-aliasing.patch. Move pumi-pic from 11.2.0-scorec to 11.4.0-scorec so it gets the fix too. - PyOmega_h installed into ${CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR}/pythonX.Y/site-packages (lib64/ on RHEL), which spack doesn't put on PYTHONPATH. Patch omega_h so the install dir is an overridable cache variable with an rpath computed from it, and pass spack's python_platlib. Drop once merged upstream. - Pass python_platlib to pcms as PCMS_PYTHON_INSTALL_LOCATION, which is overridable since SCOREC/pcms#394.

Both packages installed their python module under
${CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR}/pythonX.Y/site-packages, which is lib64/ on RHEL, while spack only puts lib/pythonX.Y/site-packages on PYTHONPATH. So
import pcmsandimport PyOmega_hfailed afterspack load.Patch each project's CMake so the install dir is an overridable cache variable (default lib/pythonX.Y/site-packages) and the module's rpath is computed from wherever it is installed, then pass spack's python_platlib from the recipes. Drop the patches once merged upstream.
