Added link to the Build Extension example on the sammi website Mentioned you can use bootstrap/fa-icons in insert_external as its not mentioned anywhere.
Copied alot of information from the SAMMI website as it had more up to date information on building an extension. Previous version of this file mentioned outdated ways to listen to Extension Commands using hooks which is no longer recommened. https://sammi.solutions/extensions/build
