- cmake: rename microkernels-{prod,all} -> xnnpack-microkernels-{prod,all}
- xnnpack: drop removed xnn_caches_t and workspace_alignment args from
create_*/reshape_* calls in Convolution, Linear, and XnnpackUtils
- xnnpack: stub ChannelShuffle since xnn_create_channel_shuffle_nc_x32
was removed upstream
- kineto_shim: guard MTIA_COUNTERS and activityProfiler().isStopped()
behind feature macros for older kineto
