• Allow Discord Retry after a failed environment start without hitting the source-event unique constraint or leaving the run stuck Booting
• Automatically choose a Discord forum tag when launching tasks in tag-required forum or media channels, and require Manage Threads before applying moderated tags
• Acknowledge expired or duplicate Discord routing-button clicks without blocking newer gateway events
• Start standard tasks from GitHub issue @mentions (comments and new issue bodies), not only pull request comments
• Simplify Create GitHub App and Create Slack app setup by keeping the automated in-UI path only and restoring reliable Back navigation when earlier setup steps are skipped
• Default the /tasks user filter to any user for admins instead of only the signed-in admin

Notes

Squash-merging this PR cuts 0.12.1 on develop and automatically opens the frozen Promote v0.12.1 to production PR against main.
