Patch changes

• Clarify Review Code wording and section ordering on the Automations settings page so source-code, Slack, manager, and meta automations are easier to scan.
• Create account and other credential fields no longer block password managers, so 1Password can offer to generate and save passwords on signup.
• Task log tails again allow intentional /tmp paths such as harness and environment log files, while still blocking absolute paths outside that boundary.
• Spell cancel buttons as Never mind (two words) on Slack, Discord, and Telegram task and workspace pickers.
• Recover from bounded model-provider turn errors, including safety-policy refusals, without immediately aborting the Roomote task.
• Slack transcript decoding no longer crashes with a stack overflow when a thread contains a long sequence of thread-activity blocks.

Squash-merging this PR cuts the release and automatically opens the frozen Promote v0.8.1 to production PR against main. Do not create the Promote PR manually.
