Hey, what do you think about just having the content in markdown rather than using Open Office?
I installed OpenOffice after failing to view it with Excel, Numbers, and Sheets but was hesitant to install when on a work computer. There wasn't any reason it seems to need to be a spreadsheet, but also markdown might be just easier to read / edit in a browser so can help with collaboration / merges if more people contribute notes / ideas / links.
