Implemented and hardened pending-period pagination
Added focused documentation and deterministic pagination coverage
Targeted pagination suite passes: 9 passed; 0 failed
Full suite still contains unrelated legacy/runtime test failures outside pagination scope; latest blocker is deposit_revenue_with_snapshot_succeeds_when_enabled
closes #157
