Updates release documentation plumbing: CircleCI docs deploy now syncs the 10.1.2 docs to S3, docs/index.html redirects to 10.1.2, and CHANGELOG.md/CHANGELOG.latest.md add the 10.1.2 notes (paywall font-cache crash fix and Paywall Tester cleanup).
