scroll-on-switchto 73e9efa (v1.4.5).Fix since 1.4.4
A transcript that keeps changing while the snap session is live (a streaming turn, or late task/task-panel mounts) re-snapped the reader to the bottom on every ResizeObserver burst for up to 8 seconds, so the user could not scroll up during that window (reported in session 20260914_115130_8ac06a). v1.4.5 listens for a user scroll-up gesture and retires the snap session immediately (observer detached, the app's own overflow-anchor value restored); the snap also bails once interrupted.
