As we all know discord cdn started blocking fivem's request for webhooks, so here is another solution.

FOR THIS TO WORK YOU WILL NEED MY FORK OF SCREENSHOT-BASIC:
citizenfx/screenshot-basic#41

Do the necessary changes for screenshot-basic and you are all set.

What changes you do to solve sql error?
SCRIPT ERROR in promise (unhandled rejection): Error: qb-phone was unable to execute a query!

By the error, this usually means that one did not follow the description, you have to set your imgur application id in screenshot-basic resource before running it for the frist time on the server like this:
Authorization: "Client-ID YOURCLIENTID"
