Hello good sirs, after years of research i finally found the name of the broken siren audio!!! (literally a simple discord search on codewalker's server 😆)
So here it is! you can configure the threshold at which a vehicle's considered damaged and wheter to use engine or body health for this. Or you can just disable this if you don't care about it!
(Here's what it sounds like)

I also updated the config names (& the file) to be camelCase (yes i'm that kind of person).

And finally i added support for EMS / Fire department sirens/horns since.. i'm an emergency services nerd idk.
(kept the addonhorn thought cauz that could still be useful maybe?)

I also made a slightly more advanced thing where you can create categories of models that get their own siren (with support for custom serverside sirens, i mean, that's why i made it anyway lol), can make a PR for it if that's interesting to you :)

@TonybynMp4 I currently have your version downloaded however I'm hoping you could provide some form of explanation as to how I can use custom server sirens?

Might have to add that i meant addon serversided sirens, not just replacing vanilla sirens, as that would probably suck for the users (IMO at least).

(I think) the most known way to do this is WMServerSirens, GTA's Native audio has been researched a bit more in the recent years so a better solution (if you need more than whatever limit Walsheyy put in order to make you pay) would be to make it yourself.

(i highly suggest digging into this https://github.com/ChatDisabled/nativeAudio if interested in the DIY).

But wether or not you use WMServerSirens, their README describes how to use serverside sirens & how to adapt scripts to it pretty well (the steps to use the sounds are the same, streaming the sounds is what changes).
