• install 'platform-tools-windows.zip' using this link <link https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools-latest-windows.zip >
• open cmd in windows or press windows key + R
• connect a devices with your pc or laptop using a diffrent USB cables
• type in cmd -> adb devices
• Now that adb has detected your devices /////////////////// To enable USB in old version devices goto SETTINGSS > APPLICATIONS > DEVLOPMENT > CHECK THE OPETION USB DEBUGGING
