Mini Shroom now inflicts Fast, Shrink and Defense Up. (2 Turns of Fast, 3 Turns of Shrink and Defense Up by 3) (Buff)
Highered the odds of Freeze proccing for Flurrie's Frigid Force. (+10 percent)
Reworked Magnus von Grapple's HP triggers. (again.)
Magnus von Grapple is now weak to ice attacks.
Magnus von Grapple's X-Strike is now weak to ice attacks.
Blooper-X's Attack Power has been increased by 1.
Lefty-X and Righty-X's Health Points has been increased by 10.
Blooper-X will automatically respawn Lefty/Right-X when her HP requirement is met.

Known Bugs:
The Tattle Book is not organized at all.
The Paragloomba's tattle in Hooktail Castle has the wrong ID.
Frigid Force doesn't apply the correct numbers when failing the command. (It currently does 2 > 3 > 3 > 3 when it's supposed to be 1 > 2 > 3 > 4)
The Magikoopa doesn't play its proper attack animation on the overworld.
Lucky Start P specifically has a chance to be a dud. It can give no effect.
