What was wrong?
The following PR introduces justification_lookback_slots:
I was just going through the specs and figured we should fix this. If this was planned to fix in #755 then we can safely ignore.
How was it fixed?
Added justification_lookback_slots to the lean network spec and used it in gossipsub config.
